Start your project

Taking two projects for October

You've built something good. Your Shopify store should be keeping up.

Shopify design and development. One price agreed before we start, and a launch date you get on the first call.

Start your project

I ran my own Shopify store before I built anyone else's. Inventory, margins, tax filings. I know what a store has to do, not just how to build one.

  • One price, agreed up front
  • A launch date from the first call
  • One person on it — me

Where are you starting from?

Three ways in. All of them priced up front, with a date agreed on the first call.

Nothing built yet

Build from scratch

Design and development, start to finish. You bring the products, I handle everything the customer sees.

One store, designed and built. Your products and copy supplied.

Designs done, or half-built

Build to launch

You have Figma designs or a store part-way there. I develop it properly and get it live.

Designs and assets supplied. Priced once I've seen what exists.

Live, but not right

Fixes and maintenance

Something broken, slow, or half-finished on a store that's already trading.

Scoped from what you describe, priced before I start.

How your project runs

No status meetings, no wondering where it's at.

📞First call

You describe what you're selling. You leave with a price and a launch date. It's the only meeting.

🎨Design

You approve how the whole store looks before a single line of code exists.

🛠️Build

Products, templates, checkout — and every screen checked on a phone, not just a laptop.

👀Your review

You go through it properly and flag anything that's off. I fix it.

🎉Launch

Live on the agreed date, with a walkthrough so you can run it yourself afterwards.

Most builds run two to three weeks. Yours gets its own date on the first call, and that's the date I work to.

What you can count on

Three things I don't bend on, because they're what keeps the price fixed.

You know the cost upfront

I don't bill by the hour, so you pay for the work — not how long it takes me to do it.

We talk once, properly

We get everything clear on the call, then put it in writing. No chasing down what was said or relying on someone's memory.

The same person, start to finish

The person you talk to on the call is the person building your store. No account managers, no handoffs. Just me.

What I need from you

A dated launch works because you bring three things.

Products and prices, decidedNot final copy — just what you're selling and what it costs.
Photos, or budget to make themGood photography does more for a store than anything I can build around it.
One person who can approveFeedback by committee is what turns two weeks into two months.

Don't have these yet? Still get in touch — we'll talk about what to sort out first.

Tell me what you're launching

A few questions so the call is useful, then you pick a time.

  • Answer the questions — about two minutes.
  • Pick a slot from my calendar on the next screen.
  • Thirty minutes, and you leave with a price and a date.
  • ⏱️ 30 minutes
  • 💬 No pitch deck
  • 🔒 Details stay with me

Next screen is my calendar — you'll pick a time there.

Running an agency? I take overflow Shopify builds, white-label — your client never hears my name.
